To qualify for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Your return request must be submitted within 60 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide your order number and the email address used at checkout.

How to Request a Return

  • The reason for your return
  • Your full name and shipping address

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund on their end.

Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been opened, used, or are missing original packaging are not eligible for return. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at elourasupport@gmail.com and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
